All SolarBuddy solar lights must be used within 3 months from the date of final/complete assembly – failure to do so will reduce the performance of the light – SolarBuddy does not take responsibility for independent deliveries and subsequent potential light failures. The following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern your use of the website (this “Site”) of SolarBuddy, and any services contained within the Site. These Terms and Conditions include our Privacy Policy. Your use of this site in any way, including the placement of an order indicates your agreement to these terms. Terms and conditions shall supersede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order. Intellectual Property
All content included or made available through any SolarBuddy programs, such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, audio clips and digital downloads is the property of SolarBuddy and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content included in or created through any SolarBuddy programs is the exclusive property of SolarBuddy and protected by international copyright laws.
Copy Errors
SolarBuddy reserves the right to cancel any orders placed on products that have been incorrectly listed, whether it be with an incorrect price or with incorrect details. SolarBuddy reserves this right regardless of whether your order has been confirmed and paid for. If this does occur a Customer Service representative will contact you as soon as possible and the amount charged will be refunded.
Warranties
SolarBuddy, (SolarBuddy) warrants that for a period of two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase, this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. SolarBuddy, in its opinion, will repair or replace this product, or any component found to be defective during the warranty period. Replacement will be made with a new or remanufactured product or component. If the product is no longer available, replacement may be with a similar product of equal or greater value. This warranty is in addition to any statutory warranty or guarantee rights that you may have under the Australian Consumer Law

During the event or conference, photos and camera footage may be taken. Unreturned lights
Return of Assembled Solar Lights All assembled solar lights must be returned to SolarBuddy within 28 calendar days unless notified prior. For collection request, please complete Collection Request form.
JuniorBuddy – Assembled Solar Lights 100% of solar lights ordered must be returned to SolarBuddy for quality control and distribution into the hands of children living in extreme energy poverty. If this does not occur, SolarBuddy will charge a replacement fee (per terms on order form) each for unreturned solar lights.
StudentBuddy – Fee associated with unreturned Assembled Solar Lights 100% of solar lights ordered must be returned to SolarBuddy. If this does not occur, SolarBuddy will charge a replacement fee per day per device (per terms on order form). This charge will continue until devices are returned or daily for a maximum of 28 days.
